Force on Force
Experience a gun fight, safely.
Force on Force is not a new idea. The military and elite law enforcement units have used it for years.
Traditionally Simunition guns and ammo have been the main stay for force on force training. Simunitions are expensive and difficult to obtain.
Recently the use of Airsoft replica firearms has become popular. The best airsoft replicas are virtually identical to the guns they replicate. They look the same, weigh the same, the controls functions the same, even the magazines work the same.
We can use airsoft and force on force training to allow you to experience an attack and defend yourself.
By carefully structuring the exercises we prevent the training from turning into a game and focus on the skills and techniques needed to prevail in an encounter with someone intent on harming you.
The training will highlight certain proven techniques and it also allows you to develop a feel for what will work for you. Defensive shooting on the move is the central theme but we also cover some very basic combatives techniques for those situations where going to guns is not an ideal answer to the threat.
If you have your own airsoft equipment you are encouraged to use that. If you don't we have limited supplies of loaner guns. You need to bring your own paint ball face mask. In the summer months a heavy sweatshirt and gloves are recommended though not required. Airsoft will break the skin but pain does reinforce the lessons. During cooler weather normal attire is sufficient protection from the pellets. FACE MASKS are always required, even for observers.
What to bring:
- An airsoft replica of your normal carry gun if you have one, carry holster, green gas, airsoft ammo and magazines. We can provide loaners if needed.
- Paint ball face mask (or helmet/mask combination)
- Shooting Gloves. Your hands are the most often hit part of the body so they need protection. Use thin gloves though, I like unlined deer/elk skin.
- Something to eat and drink.
Total course time is around 6 hours. 4 hours working drills with discussions and breaks between the exercises.
Cost: $90.00
You may schedule a private lesson for $400. Private lessons are for one to four students.
